Training Overview
Our LIVE training programs begins with a live or online meeting that lasts for three hours, which will focus on the most critical and essential concepts of our lash lift process. During this session, Olivia will provide live demonstrations to ensure that you have a clear understanding of the techniques and principles involved. However, this first live training is just the start of our unique training program.
A few days after the first LIVE training, our regular training sessions will begin. These sessions will be tailored to each phase of the program and will include a one or more of live and video tutorials, Q&A, student work reviews, and critiques. During the skills development phase, we will focus on helping you develop proper mechanics and muscle memory. In the client transition phase, we will work with you to gain confidence in your skills and develop the ability to handle unexpected situations. In the elite skills phase, we will work with you to refine your skills to an elite level and focus on business growth.

Additionally, we will share product reviews of new and interesting products that can help you enhance your skills and improve your business. Throughout the program, you will have the opportunity to receive guidance and support from our team of experienced trainers. We will work with you to ensure that you have a complete understanding of our No Glue Lash Lift™ process and that you feel confident in your abilities.
